With the rise of perfection begins the corruption of the soul and in the second track 'Guitar Man' the protagonist rides his ego, boasting: “Yeah I’m the guitar man, I tell you, who I am, Yeah I’m the guitar man, I say all sorts of shit...” This fun and taunting song is essentially an upbeat reflexive parody. The rhythm, instrumentation and feel is like Oasis's Wonderwall meets American Football (in the vocal department, second verse) meets the Script's 'Break Even', only more playful. With lines such as, “My axe is like C4, I strike you hit the floor” the hero is expelled from paradise.
